[FR] Customize action items in settings

What

As discussed in #171 a setting might help to avoid cluttering the item topbar UI. By providing users a way to enable/disable actions, they can tailor their preferred experience in the app.

I am talking about this area in the UI (highlighted in pink):

Why

In #171 I proposed adding a share button to share the link to other apps, increasing the count of the action buttons to 5. A new setting could reduce the visual clutter.

How

Maybe it does not make sense for certain actions (like "mark as read") to be hidden at all though.

Persisting state:

An easy solution would be to store this setting in localStorage or clientside cookies. You might prefer to store it on the backend though, judging from #167

Again, I'm happy to open a PR for this if you approve of this idea. :)
