Hi all,

Since some companies don't relay on direct integration between 3Scale and their IDPs, it could be great to allow to specify application_id field on Application CR.
Since that field is immutable and according to 3Scale API could only be set when an Application is being created, there's no way to use the CRs to create an applications for a given client-id.
