This PR adds a landing page with a waitlist form built with netlify forms.
Edit: Migrated to google forms + sheets now.

1. Add legal docs. A md file generated by GPT should work. Give details regarding the project, AOSSIE etc.
2. Add AOSSIE logo somewhere
3. Reduce gap between image and "powerful features" section
4. Add more fields (organization, role, etc.) to the form
5. Check responsiveness on mobile!
6. Update the Github component in navbar to -- Contribute maybe ?

Also, whats the limit on netlify forms? Are you sure there is no vendor lockin?

The current limit is 100 submissions for the free plan.
Would you like me to convert it to Google sheets right away or will this do for now?
