Adobe Commerce managed Services page inclusion errors

Hi team, the page on Adobe Commerce Managed Service https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/commerce-operations/implementation-playbook/maintenance/adobe-managed-services seems to have had its inclusions table erroneously modified. The table no longer includes all the checks that were previously featured against either the cloud service or the managed service and we have some large RFPs and a MAJOR customer about to sign who directly reference that page and table in their agreements.

Can we please revert the table back to what was there prior to the last edit?
