Incorrect OpenSearch version information for 2.4.5-p14

Issue in ./help/installation/system-requirements.md

Under Commerce on-premises, for version 2.4.5-p14, the version information for AWS OpenSearch contains ElasticCache information. Presumably, this should be against AWS ElastiCache. Because of this error, no OpenSearch versioning requirements are shown for this version of Adobe Commerce.
