Adobe marketplace is DOWN: Error while trying to sign in to Adobe marketplace

Issue in ./help/installation/prerequisites/authentication-keys.md

As described in the article above I'm trying to sign in to https://account.magento.com/customer/account/login/

And I get:

"5QLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062
Duplicate entry MAG006059496' for key
customer_entity.CUSTOMER_ENTITY_INCREMENT_ID, query was: INSERT INTO "customer_entity"
'website _id", 'email", group_id", increment_id, store_id, created_at, updated_at, disable_auto_group_change, created_in", firstname, lastname", password_hash", confirmation", 'screen_name") VALUES (?,?,?,?,?, 2025-10-13 08:49:05; 2025-10-13 08:49:05, ?,?,2,?,2,?,)"

Happens every time and my friends also have same issue. Seems like you guys have a critical issue on prod and no one is aware lol

Looks like this issue has been fixed @alkohld. I am able to log in. You do have to sign in with an Adobe ID. Are you still having this issue?
