Wordpress Plugin not working #3

Hi, I have several WP sites that I've tried it on to see if I can figure out what's wrong, but I can't figure it out. I have installed the Arc.io WP plugin from the WP plugin store and I entered the email & widget ID to be the one that I have and it shows it as a success but on portal.arc.io it says that the website isn't configured properly. I was wondering if you could double-check the plugin's functionality.
