Create CI for examples

Create a CI workflow similar to: https://github.com/Arm-Examples/mlek-cmsis-pack-examples/actions/workflows/AVH-FVP-CI.yml, for each solution (audio, video, generic). Test all FVPs with the commandlines provided in the target-set entries of the solution.

Additionally create a solution targeting Alif Appkit and test the build for each solution (audio, video, generic).

@Evagan2018 please fix the broken CI tests

• pack is now released, actually since this is the repo that contains the pack it should be registered as local pack instead. These lines do the trick https://github.com/ARM-software/MDK-Middleware/blob/main/.github/workflows/build_usb.yml#L61-L65
• there seems to be a mismatch in cache naming
