I don't think we expect to have a built-in effect for Glass material. But there are third party implementations already - https://github.com/KaranocaVe/LiquidGlassAvaloniaUI. Just like with material/fluent ripple button effects.

actually, I want to ask is there a plan to add GlassMaterial as one of the WindowBackground option?(using ExperimentalAcrylicMaterial)
