Is Microsoft still maintaining SWA? Look at number of open issues made years ago

There so many issues open/questions asked, some are years old. Not a single response of Microsoft! Considering pricing charged for the Azure services, better support is expected.

To be able to raise a technical issue and get 24x7 access to Support Engineers via email and phone you need to have at least a 100$ monthly plan available. Other options like this github or microsoft Q&A are absolutely useless.
