Description

I'm having trouble using azurerm_key_vault_key, but the same problem occurs when using avm-res-keyvault-vault.
I described the problem in more detail here: https://discuss.hashicorp.com/t/key-vault-key-rotation/76537

In short, I'd like to ask for recommendations on how to properly create a rotated key so that TF doesn't try to recreate the key after rotation when the expiration_date field is updated.
I have a feeling that a fix to the module might be necessary.
