Description

Currently, managing custom tables in a Log Analytics Workspace is not possible throught this provider. This is particularly important for a LAW used with Microsoft Sentinel. To enhance flexibility, improve data management, it could be really interesting to be able to:

Create custom tables
Modify the schema of existing tables (add column and/or change the associated type)
Delete tables

This feature would allow users to better structure their data ingestion, adapt to evolving requirements, manage governance about naming convention with the usage of ASIM for example
