The Feature
Instead of using the proxy admin key to create new customers and assign/update budgets to them, it would be nice to use a more scoped key (like a management key).
Motivation, pitch
I am using Litellm and OpenWebUI together for an internal product. And I want the ability to dynamically create new end users and assign them to a base budget tier. I can do that with the proxy admin key. However, I do not want the openwebui instance to have the proxy admin key. That seems like a major over-scoping issue. Preferably, I'd create a "management user" and a "management key" that handles this.
