[Feature]: LiteLLM Proxy - Change API Key Type after creation

The Feature

I think it's currently impossible to alter the API key type from e.g. "Default" to "LLM" or vice versa? Can that be added to avoid issuing new keys?

Motivation, pitch

Allows for authorization control after key is issued to a user and in use.
