New Sightings Discussion Category

Hi SSVC fans,

We've created the Sightings category as a place to collect media mentions, blog posts, references, etc. that talk about or cite SSVC. Feel free to create a new post when you find something. In the past, we've collected these under a single discussion post named Sightings but in the interest of encouraging conversation about each item, we'd like to start spinning out separate threads for each new item.
