It seems you're using X-AnyLabeling v3.0.0. We've made several updates and fixed bugs since then, so could you please try upgrading to the latest version, v3.2.6?

Also, please ensure you're strictly following the instructions in our official user guide for mask labeling to avoid common pitfalls: Mask Labeling Guide.
