Caldera Form not validating input field

Hi guys,

we are working on a customers website and expecting the input field mask is not working.

The form is right on top after the first image. We set on the last form page for the input fields phone number and email a mask. But the form is sent without any error message.
Already disabled all plugins an so on, I have no clue why it is not working.
