Allow metadata about each school's offerings to be stored + displayed

Rather than just indicating "true/false" for each property, perhaps we could make each property clickable (so that you can go to that API link) or show details on hover (if for some reason we wanted to keep the number of hyperlinks down). Presently I am just storing this data in the github YAML file as comments, but it could be surfaced to the frontend relatively straightforwardly if we wanted.
