[Feature Request]: Extra Options That can be added

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I have some MacOS system preferences configured in my Nix Darwin configuration for my MacOS system. I thought that some of these options I have configured might be useful for this project. I know that not everyone knows Nix code however I think it would be pretty simple for someone to see how to easily convert this into the script.
