Text to rate the plugin overlaps the buttons in onboarding

Description

When I install Lighstart and get to onboarding screen I see that the text to rate the plugin overlaps the buttons like this:

On my screen it happens with default 100% view, if I resize to 90% it looks fine but it shouldn't be floating like this and should remain at the bottom of the screen.

1. Install Lightstart plugin
2. Activate it and check onboarding

@vytisbulkevicius I've reviewed the issue and found that it occurs after merging this PR. It seems @HardeepAsrani has added a ! in the conditional statement.

@HardeepAsrani, should I remove the !?
