Out of the box it's not possible.
CallKit uses NotificationCompat.CallStyle.forIncomingCall where title and buttons are set by default.

But in NotificationsManager.kt you can change this style and use your own.

yes, one of features there is - displaying the Incoming call screen when push notification was delivered on the device, using access device token (FCM for Android and VoIP for iOS).
You can try p2p sample which uses this CallKit.
