Get dogshell into homebrew

Dogshell cannot be installed or updated through homebrew.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add dogshell to homebrew.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I could install it with the python commands provided, but then it becomes a special snowflake that doesn't fit the install process for other things we're maintaining on end user Mac laptops.

Additional context

Homebrew is the way for installing open source stuff on macOS.
