Ruby: Enable Custom Data Classification RC capabilities test

Motivation

AppSec Custom Data Classification RC capabilities are now added to Ruby tracer:
DataDog/dd-trace-rb#5044

Changes

This PR enables the test for AppSec Custom Data Classification RC capabilities.

Workflow
