Reduce the use of equipment for long periods of time #852

I came across a scenario where a user occupies a device for a long time, causing others to be unable to use it.
Or can you give me an idea that I can try to achieve?
There are two scenarios for long-term occupancy of the device:
- The user stays in the control interface for a long time, but there is no operation or directly close the browser
- The user uses the browser's back button from the control interface to return to the device list page (at this time, the device is still occupied)

According to the above two scenarios, use these two coping methods respectively: 1. 2.。。
1、If the user stays on the control interface for a long time, the pop-up box prompts: userName has been used for xx hours, others may need to use it, should you pause it for a while for others to use it, and whether to continue using it?
2、Release access to the device
