Remove completed archives / all archives from "On Deck" #1364
Description
Currently, "On Deck" is basically just a projection of the latest read history of the server, and includes completed archives.
In order to truly make it like similar offerings in Plex/etc, completed archives should be easier to track API-wise so they can be hidden from the search powering On Deck.
This would also impliclty allow us to implement #547.
As a bonus, better management of the read history might also be desirable -- There's no way to clear it at the minute...
