Unclear documentation for `threshold` and `keys.weight`

First of all, thank you for working on this plugin :)

Regarding threshold - in fuzzysort, the score goes from 0 to 1 but in this plugin scores can go above 1.2, which makes setting a threshold confusing. What does a threshold a 0 mean? What does a threshold of 1 mean? Is there a max / min threshold?

Regarding keys.weight - Unclear if the exact numbers matter, or only the order (like CSS's z-index)
