refactor: Restructure project similar to bigip

Hi, could you restructure your project similar to the bigip project?
Additionally it would be nice if you could expose the single vendor which is not available as go package or similar.

With those two changes we could easily build an pulumi provider which can handle the f5os like terraform but in pulumi.

the problem is mostly because of the "internal" folder which is treated very strictly in Go environment and cannot be used in other projects when added as dependency. If you could move the internal/provider -> provider or like in bigip (https://github.com/F5Networks/terraform-provider-bigip) to os or f5os this would already help.

And the vendor I mean which is not freely accessible is in the vendor folder: gitswarm.f5net.com/terraform-providers/f5osclient
If you try to use this in another go project it can not pull the vendor data because go tries to resolve it directly from the remote the vendor is from. But this one is a private repository.

So to sum up:

• if you can move the remove the internal or just move the containing folders up this would already be sufficient to use in other projects.
• if you can share the private f5osclient repo also on github or similar this make it directly usable in other github projects

My tries are in this repos:

• this forked repo where I needed to change the folder structure to make it compatible: https://github.com/BlackDark/terraform-provider-f5os. To make it work i have moved the internal/provider -> f5os and the vendor/f5osclient -> f5osclient (hard copy)
