Errors in PDF USB Section - Framework 16 AMD Ryzen 7040 #4

Hi,
I just looked at the first block level schematic for like an hour and then saw something which I find quite confusing. Please see the image here:
Why are only CC-Line Connections mentioned for one USB-C Port? I thougth the PD Controllers would have to be connected to the 4 USB-C Ports which support Power Delivery.
