Cog supports X11 but recipe not

According to the code and website cog can support X11 on intel. But the recipe is only made to support wayland.

Yes, we should to add a

and maybe something like PACKAGECONFIG ?= "${@bb.utils.filter('DISTRO_FEATURES', 'x11', d)} ..."
