changefinder is unstalled yet getting Error

I already installed every python package needed.
But, still getting the error -
[!] changefinder must be installed for this script.

I installed changefinder both manually and with the help of requirements.txt

Can someone help we with this issue?

dnf module -y install python39

alternatives --config python3

#Check Python Version
python3 -V

then update your pip3 tools list

pip3 install -r /xxxxx/LogonTracer/requirements.txt
