Global Search: Change of Pin behavior

Follow-up to #11024 (comment)

• Pin on top on: Double click keeps window open
• Pin on top off: window should behave "normal" w.r.t. JabRef main window (meaning going to the background if main window is activated)

Note: This behavior is different from the "Jump to entry" in the "New Entry" dialog, but it is intended as we did not want to steal the focus in the main window
