PDF/A-2 Support #554

Hi,
I have a question regarding PDF/A-2 support. The issue already came up once and was closed in the following issue:

We are experiencing issues that have to do with a problem in the version of OpenPDF (1.3.32) that is used in jasperreports. The bug has been identified and fixed in a newer release of OpenPDF (1.3.41).
I wanted to ask, is there any specific reason why the dependency of OpenPDF in jasperreports does not get updated?
