Add `expect_variant` methods to `#[derive(Unwrap)]`

Pretty straightforward, to go along with the normal unwrapping methods, it would be nice if there were expect counterparts that allowed the panic message to be customized and provide inline documentation as to why a potentially panicking method is being called.

Open to implementing this myself if the pull would be accepted.
