How add table of contents to a demo page?

I love this package! Makes for really nice demos, but I was hoping that there might be an easy way to include table of contents at the top of the demo so that it's easy for users to jump to the section they're interested in.

The Documenter.jl @contents section could work, but it seems to not play well with Literate.jl/DemoCards.jl. Any suggestions for getting this to work?

@tlnagy Thanks for using this package, but I'm really sorry to say that I'm too busy these days to keep tracking of OSS stuff...

My intuition to this issue is that this is not a DemoCards issue (since it doesn't really handle the markdown rendering), so you might need to figure out how to make Literate+Documenter works first.
