Feat: Multi-configuration-language framework #1414

What would you like to be added?
Currently Kusion source code includes logic to compile configurations written in KCL.
This should be refactored to be language neutral so Kusion can integrate with configuration language/framework like cue, pkl, score and pulumi YAML etc
Why is this needed?
So configuration code can be written in multiple languages.
Configuration language shouldn't be a barrier in using Kusion as a Platform Orchestrator.
