Learning Locker Open Source does not recognize previous statements (progressed/passed) after version upgrade #1615

Hi Learning Locker team!
I recently upgraded my Learning Locker version from 4.10.0 to the most recent version, I think it is 7.1.1. I followed the documentation to upgrade the version and everything was fine with the installation.
When I login to my Learning Locker dashboard, I can see all the statements related to my xAPI files that were previously saved but when I opened a xAPI file on my LMS platform to see if the progress or completion is still there, it shows the file with no progress or completion. It is like all the progress or completion was gone. I already make sure that all the LL services are running.
I expect that once I upgraded the LL version, I would see all the progress or completion intact on my xAPI files.
It is important to mention that before the upgrade process, I did a backup of the mongo database so I tested the progress/completion without restoring the mongo database and I tested the progress/completion after restoring the mongo database but the issue is still there.
