Customize the playback frame rate of H.266 raw streams.

The VLC + VVCEasy plugin can play H.266 raw streams normally. However, can the frame rate of the video be customized by oneself? For example, I need a playback speed of 30 fps. When VLC plays H.265 raw streams, the playback frame rate can be set through a splitter. Can the VLC + VVCEasy achieve the same function?

Hi, @ChuangbinC! My apologies for focusing my study and other repositories.

Anyway... to customize the playback frame rate of H.266 raw streams. Here is what it can do:

Before proceeding with the steps, please make sure you have plugins installed.

Step 1: Open VLC media player, go to Tools -> Preferences or press CTRL + P if you're on Windows.
Step 2: Toggle All in show settings, see the very bottom-left.
Step 3: Search for "vvcdec" and you can see the available vvcdec options.

Now you can customize frames per second to 30.

Note: The InterDigital VLC VTM plugins haven't been updated for one year, so I have to make sure that I can compile VLC with vvdec enabled, possibly later.
