在目前#361MCP Streamable Client实现中，因为依赖问题删掉了elicitation的能力，在后面需要想办法添加elicitation能力。

需要在工厂类McpClientFactory中不依赖MCP SDK的前提下，添加elicitationHandler，构造有elicitation能力的客户端
