[Bug]: Cannot configure or enable MMGIS Copilot

Describe the bug

I am unable to configure and turn on the "MMGIS Copilot" feature. The configuration options are either missing, disabled, or saving them has no effect. In a non-synced or single-user version, this functionality may work as expected.

What did you expect?

I expect to be able to access the configuration settings for "MMGIS Copilot," enable the feature, and have it successfully activate and run within MMGIS, even when operating in a synced/collaborative mode.
