Phoenix creates extra folder when uploading file

Describe the bug

When Phoenix uploads a file to a folder in a workspace the containing folder is duplicated. If the upload is supposed to go /Test/my-uploaded-file.txt it ends up at /Test/Test/my-uploaded-file.txt.

Reproduction

I right click “Imken” and select Upload File, then select that I want it in Imken and choose my file:

After clicking upload, it is creating an additional nested Imken folder
