Maven Central publishing

Hi,

Thanks for your project, I'm very interested of using it but it's not publish on Maven Central. 

I know that the spring-restdocs project has planned the kotlin DSL in 2.1.0-RC1 milestone. 
But meanwhile, I would like to use your DSL if you are agree with it.
