pushing players back

hi, i use themis anticheat on my server but themis is allways fake alert me so i want to switch to nocheatplus but there is a problem, the wnticheat is allways pushing the players back even if they are not cheating, tharebis antly way to fix that, i only want to make it allert staffs and owner
