Who are the ones in charge of the various branchs?

I left some issues and comments about my itches with the code in branch 12.0, but nobody responded, and I wonder to whom one,with a bunch of itches to solve in that branch, should talk with,

i am trying to get this module to work with odoo 11 and magento 1.9.x, what version of magento are you using?

How well does odoo 12 work with the magento module? I'm thinking of moving to 12, given the problems I'm having to sync with 11.
