No way to change sce script location from /tmp/oscap.XXXXX (regression?)

oscap version: 1.3.10

Due to compliance reasons, our /tmp is non-executable, and as far as we can find there is no way to change the SCE script directory. This breaks the running of scripts.

There appears to be an older issue that was fixed and closed: #1016 - that provided an option: --with-sce-script-dir, but this not appear to be an option any longer (at least, I cannot find it, and does not work with oscap xccdf eval)
