Adding an AllowDragDrop boolean #389
Description
The ChromiumBrowser is private, and the handlers for many CEF events are overriden without consumers being able to alter them. One thing I'd love to have is a boolean that immediately returns true out of the internal drag handler, so I can disable loading content via drag drop.
