Document why we don't use Chromium for the screens #23
Description
We don't currently use Chromium by default, but I'm not entirely sure why. I have a vague recollection that this is to do with something in the screens not working properly in Chromium, however that could well have changed as the memory is from a long time ago.
It would be good to document why we don't use Chromium, at least in part due to #22 which suggests we should bias towards Chromium for at least some use-cases.
