Add support for timeout

Adding support for timeout would be nice, or a function you could dispatch exported by redux-catch.

This middleware only works for reducers or sync middlewares, if you can think in a way to detect async middlewares timeouts or errors then a PR is welcomed 😄

Will have a look at the package, would have to do it on my spare time so don't hold your breath for a PR.
