The xeofs notebook is currently broken, with all EOFs/PCs showing zero everywhere, e.g.: <img width="683" height="562" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/ac7a988c-5f1a-4cad-be90-115c3f418d46" /> [It doesn't look like the package has changed recently](https://github.com/xarray-contrib/xeofs).
