#1772) - check_smoke_dev.sh now symlinks to ../smoke/check_smoke.sh like other directories do. - Add to smoke/usm-globals and smoke-limbo/usm-locals-xnack-enabled-xnack-minus/Makefile. These tests should not run on a system that does not support USM.
